Move Well. Flourish.
I believe movement has the power to transform lives. Whether through classical Pilates or thoughtfully designed fitness programming, movement builds strength, confidence, resilience, and lifelong health—and I feel incredibly fortunate to help people experience those benefits every day.
As a lifelong dancer, I developed an early appreciation for the way movement can positively impact both the body and mind.
That passion led me into the fitness industry in 2009, where I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. In 2010, I was introduced to classical Pilates, and its precision, purpose, and ability to improve the way people move inspired me to pursue comprehensive training in the classical Pilates method. That training continues to shape my philosophy as both an instructor and studio owner.
For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and purpose. Along the way, I have taught thousands of clients, helping them build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence through movement.
Over the years, I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from beginners taking their very first class to athletes, active adults, and those recovering from injury or navigating physical challenges.
I believe every body is unique, and every person deserves an individualized approach that helps them move better, feel stronger, and enjoy life to the fullest.
In addition to working directly with clients, I have led fitness operations, developed programming, mentored instructors, and served as a Master Trainer & Pilates Educator, helping prepare future Pilates instructors to become confident, knowledgeable professionals. These experiences have shaped my belief that exceptional movement begins with exceptional coaching and inspired the vision behind Flora Fitness & Pilates Studio.
At Flora, we honor the principles of the classical Pilates method while creating an inviting environment for clients of all ages and abilities.
Combined with thoughtfully designed fitness programming, our approach supports strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being through every stage of life.
Flora is named in honor of my mother, whose strength, grace, and resilience continue to inspire me every day. Her name reflects everything this studio strives to be—a place where people can grow stronger, feel supported, and flourish through movement.
Whether you’re new to fitness, new to classical Pilates, returning to movement after time away, or simply looking for a place to continue growing, I look forward to welcoming you to Flora and helping you move with confidence, build lasting strength, and feel your very best.
