Is a private Pilates session required before taking Pilates equipment classes?

Yes. All new clients must complete a private Pilates session before attending Reformer, Tower, or Chair classes. This session introduces you to the equipment, reviews the fundamentals, and prepares you to safely and confidently participate in class.

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Sneakers are required for Lift, TRX, Bootcamp, and Strength & Core classes. All other classes may be done barefoot or in grip socks. Grip socks are welcome but not required.

What should I wear?

Bring water and anything you personally like to have for your workout. Flora provides the equipment and props needed for class.
